Remove the screw connecting the valve plate to the oil drum, and check whether there is any debris in the oil suction pipe filter.

Clean the suction pipe strainer.

There is debris in the spool of the electromagnetic unloading valve

Let the lift go up and check that the machine unloads automatically.

Clean or replace the solenoid unloading valve spool.

There is debris in the spool of the manual unloading valve

Let the lift go up and check that the machine unloads automatically.

Clean or replace manual unload valve spool.
